About the Design
The colour palette and sponsors for the Movistar team remained the same from the 2011 season for the 2012 season. The base colour is dark blue with green and white. The white design detail remained on the right shoulder but was removed from the lower right side of the jersey. White panels were added to the sides of the jersey with the Movistar logo and name replicated on the white panel.
For the 2012 Movistar season the jersey collar was changed to all white. The white sleeve end was removed and the sleeves remained all blue with the Movistar and Telfonica names rendered on the sleeves. The kit was once again provided by Italian company Nalini.
Not much changes to the design from the 2011 verion of the kit but with the basis of the kit being the dark blue colour, it is a strong looking kit.
