The cannondale 2013 team kit was manufactured by Japanese manufacturer Sugoi, which means incredible in japanese. The colour palette is dictated by the main sponsor cannondale. The colour palette was lime green, black, blue and white. The blue did not blend the best with the lime green but sometimes sponsors branding colours do not always go well together.
The design was to have a mostly lime green body background solid colour with black, white and blue vertical stripes and white side panels. The vertical coloured stripes were also repeated on the back of the jersey.
The Cannondale name was placed in black across the chest and down the sides of the jersey and also replicated on the sleeves of the long sleeve jersey and jackets.
The sleeves and collar has a black band around them with the UCI and Sugoi logos placed on the chest above the Cannondale name.
The white band on the side of the jersey was continued down the side of the bibshorts with a thinner blue stroke also continued either side of the white side panel. The lime green colouring is continued on the bibshorts for the most part. A black thin band is on the ends of each leg with sponsors names rendered in black with the Cannondale C and name being replicated the most.
A black version of the kit was introduced for the USA Pro challenge which basically inverted the colours of black lettering on lime green to lime green lettering on a black background. The other design elements such as the vertical coloured stripes were kept the same for this black kit version.
