About the design
The 2012 Radioshack Nissan Trek season kit introduced the red colour to the colour palette and the 2013 vesion of the kit used the same colour palette. The 2013 version did away with the solid black background for the upper chest and was replaced by a white panel. However the black background colour was kept on the collar, shoulders and back shoulder area of the jersey. Small red detail panels were added to the shoulder area with B pure sponsors name rendered in white. On the main chest area the sponsors are now rendered in black.
The red and aqua coloured details were still used to good effect with red bands on the bibshorts and aqua bands on the sleeves. The large areas of red and aqua colours were still used on the torso of the jersey across the chest.
This kit is still a strong design with an excellent colour palette but the simplicity of the 2012 and even more so on the 2011 kit versions seemed to work a little better.
