About the Design
2016 marked the final year that Rapha would supply the Team Sky kit. The kit for this year was again very similar to previous versions using the same colour palette of black, light blue and white.
This season saw the addition of a horizontal blue stripe and a white stripe across the chest. The other light blue bands remained as did the blue line on the back of the jersey.
Rapha also produced a special Tour winning yellow themed version of the kit to mark the achievements of the team and Chris Froome in the Tour. This kit carried a custom graphic acknowledging Chris Froome's 4 Tour de France victories. The graphic had a map of France on a large IV with the dates of the victories.
Rapha once again produced another clean and sleek kit for the team and succedded in adding small details to distinguish this season's Team Sky kit from last season's
