About the design
For the 2018 season AG2R La Mondiale has employed a design that is much more modern and has been favoured by other teams such as Trek Segafredo who use an almost modular approach to the design.
As Ag2R La Mondiale is still the main sponsor their brand still dictates the colour palette which remains light blue, white and brown. The jersey is divided into three areas, the shoulder/upper chest area, mid chest and bottom third. The upper area is now brown, the mid section is white and the lower section is light blue. The bibshorts remain brown.
The upper portion has sponsors rendered in white as does the lower light blue portion. The middle white section contains the Ag2r La Mondiale logo on both sleeves on the white band with the Ag2R La Mondiale name and logo rendered on the middle white section.
This iteration of the kit is clean while still clearly advertising the main sponsors' brand. We cant help but hope that Ag2r will one day replace the brown in their brand colours.
