About the design
Late in 2017 the Cannondale Drapac team had a shortfall in their budget and only secured a replacement sponsor in Education First quite late in the day. Luckily the team was saved.
The new kit kept the green of Cannondale and added white and pink to the colour palette for 2018.
The jersey has pink shoulders and sleeves with green collar and bands on the sleeve ends. The pink shoulder panel drops down to around the halway point on the back of the jersey. The main body of the jersey is white with The Education First name and logo taking top billing on the chest with Drapac second and Canondale third all rendered on the white background. The Education First logo and name are rendered on the back of the jersey in white on the pink background. Other sponsors are mostly rendered in black oneither a pink, white or green background colour.
The bibshorts are largely black with green bands around the leg ends. The argyle detail is still kept but only used on the green arm and leg bands.
A flurescent orange training version of the kit was produced where the pink was substituted by the orange.
A good kit but we actually think that the orange training kit looks better and think it should have been used as the race kit.
