About the design
For the 2019 Bora Hansgrohe season the team's designers have for the most part kept the kit design the same as the 2018 iteration of the Bora Hansgrohe kit. The v shaped design has been kept for 2019 but the difference is that the colour gradient has been reversed going light to dark. The reason for this is that the bottom of the jersey has been changed from white to the darker shade of green for 2019.
The other design aspects remain the same apart from the Hansgrohe name which is not on a dark green left to right band but is now on a dark green rectangle which does not stretch the entire width of the jersey.
As the bottom of the jersey is now dark green, the logos on the back pockets have been changed from black to white. The Slovak and German champion jerseys are once again white based with the country colours. Peter Sagan's Slovak champion jersey also has the world champion bands on the collar and sleeve ends. An overall strong design and colour scheme.
A Special Tour de France 2019 version of the team jersey was produced. The kit was the same as the regular kit but the black shoulders on the jersey were replaced with white shoulders. The new, Band of Brothers logo and name are added to the rear shoulder area of the jersey.
