About the Design
The Astana 2020 kit stick with the now, well established, branding that has been established over several seasons now. The light blue and yellow base colour palette remains. The yellow sleeve end bands remain but the collar colour band detail changes from yellow to dark blue. The new sponsor Premier Tech has their logo and name added to the chest of the jersey below the Astana name. The Samruk Kazyna name and logo is added to the middle back of the jersey.
On the top of the back of the jersey a new design detail representing the Team's wins in Grand Tours has been added. This represents the grand tours in Italy, France and Spain.
The Russian champion jersey has the Russian flag on the front and back of the jersey across the middle. The Kazakh Champion jersey is a white coloured base with the Kazakh flag across the middle of the front and back. A traditional design detail, in yellow on the blue sleeve band on the right sleeve gives a nod to the Kazakh background and the major sponsor Air Astana.
The Team's bike manufacturer for 2020 switches to Italian brand Willier, from 2019's bike supplier Argon. The frames neatly reflect the team colours with diagonal stripes of black, yellow, light blue along with colour gradient fades.
