About the Design
For the 2020 season the Cofidis cycling team moves up to the World Tour level. The Cofidis team kit colour palette is dervied from the main sponsors' logo. The colour palette is red, yellow and white with the logo being like sun rays around the company name. In previous years the Cofidis team kit was predominantly red but for the Cofidis 2020 kit the jersey has a white torso with red sleeves, sides and collar. The Cofidis logo is rendered on the torso front and back. The rays are quite large and dominate the jersey.
The Cofidis name is rendered in black on the front and back on the upper part of the jersey. The bibshorts are red for the 2020 season with a black section at the bottom of each leg end. The Cofidis name is rendered on the red in white. There is no real design breakthroughs happening with the Cofidis team kit but as an advertisement for the Cofidis company it does an excellent job.
The European Champion kit is a white jersey with the Cofidis company name rendered in black with the European flag blue stripes and the yellow stars clearly denoting the European Champion. Ellia Vivianni is the European champion for 2020. The official bike sponsor De Rosa provides red bikes and a white European champion bike that is also based on the European flag.
