About the Design
Team Cofidis have moved away from their almost now standard kit variation for the 2022 season. The Team Cofidis 2022 jersey utilises a two section concept. The upper chest, shoulders and sleeves are white with the sponsors rendered in black on the white. The lower half of the jersey consists of diagonal shapes that are rendeed in various shades of red to deep red. The Cofidis name is rendered vertically on this red diagonal section in white. The red diagonal shapes are replicated on the rear of the jersey with the COfidis name and logo rendered in white vertically almost the entire length of the jersey.
The bibshorts are black with sponsors rendered in white which compliments the red and white jersey well. The socks are white which ties in to the white sections of the jersey. This kit feels more modern cmpared to previous itterations that, although they did have a classic look and feel, they also looked a little dated compared to some of the other more modern designs and colour palettes employed for other teams' designs.
The Team Cofidis De Rosa bikes are black and have touches of the red diaonal shape design pattern used on the front forks and tubes sparingly to great effect. A frsh and modern kit for a team and their sponsor that have been in cycling for many years.
