The 2023 EF Education - Easypost kit keeps the pink colouring but moves away from the busy designs of the past few years. The design for 2023 is a more minimal design. The jersey is split into 4 sections right sleeve, right torso, left torso and left sleeve. The 4 sectionos are all given a different shade of pink to differentiate them. This concept is reminiscent of the design mechanism employed on the 2014 Trek Factory Racing jersey with its black body with white sleeve.
The right sleeve is dark pink, the right jersey torso section is mid pink, left torso jersey section is hi viz pink and lastly the left sleeve is light pink.
The sponsors are rendered in black and pop sufficiently on the various shades of pink. The argyle connection remains on the sleeve ends with a band of diamonds.
The bibshorts are black with the sponsors rendered in white to give the highest level of contrast and visibility. An interesting variation on this is to mark the 2023 arrival of Richard Carpaz transferring into Ef Education - Easypost from Ineos Grenadiers is the bibshorts sponsors are rendered in gold to denote Richard Carpaz's olympic win. Richard Carapaz's jersey had to be re-designed as the UCI determeined that the gold piping was missing from the jersey therefore the designers had to address this omission.
As the EF Education Easypost kit is pink based, the team had to use an alternate kit for the Giro d'Italia race again in 2023. For 2023 kit maker Rapha used offcuts of material to produce a multi-coloured panel design that mirrored the main but insteadof panels of varying pink shades different couors were used. The bikes will also be givena special psychedlic type paint job using left over paints by Cannondale.
