The 2019 editions of the Deutschland Tour cycling race classification jerseys are once again provided by Italian company Santini. The race leaders red jersey has, rendered in orange, the names of fans the torso. The Deutschland tour logo is rendered on the shoulders and left chest of the jersey while the Santini name, rendered in white, is located on the right chest, sleeves, and back of the neck..
The jerseys have the main sponsors for the jersey category rendered on the collar, shoulders, sleeves and left hand chest side of the jerseys. The back pockets of the jerseys have on the tops, 3 thin stripes in the german colours. The red leaders jersey has a white band on the left sleeve that has the stage start and finish locations rendered in black while the this bands of german national colour bands are rendered at the top of this section.
A special kit has been produced to commemorate the Hanover grand depart. This jersey has a white torso with black collar, sleeves, back pockets and sides. The white torso has repeating spaced squares of a colour gradient colour palette starting with yellow through red, pink, purple, aqua, light blue, dark blue, light green to dark green. The Deutschland Tour logo is rendered on the right sleeve while the stages start and finish destinations rendered in white on the black sleeve. There is a single row of the spaced, coloured squares rendered below the left sleeve stage names. The Santini name is rendered in black on the upper left chest in black while the Santini SMS name and logo is rendered on the back pocket in white.
The 2019 classification jerseys are red, green, white and blue as opposed to the 2018 editions' red, green, white and black classification jerseys.
