About the Design
The Tour Down Under classification and special edition kit is once again provided by Santini. The four classification jerseys use the orange and blue branding of the Tour Down Under race. This year Santini also provided a limited edition capsule collection.
The sponsors, manufacturer's names and logos remain either light blue or white on the jeresys. This year the main sponsors are moved to the upper chest of the jersey in contrast to last year's lower position. The Santos name is rendered in light blue on the orange coloured ochre jersey. The position of the logos on the upper chest section have been switched to the opposite of last years positions. The blue jersey is once again sponsored by Ziptrak bringing touches of yellow in their logo while the white jersey is sponsored by University of South Australia. The designs for the jerseys do not differ greatly from the 2019 editions.
The Limited edition Capsule kit consists of two special jeresys, bibshorts, gloves and socks. The first jersey is white torso based with dark blue sleeves. A light blue repeating pattern is layered on the white while the name Tour Down Under is rendered in white on the right sleeve while some of the climbs of the race and profiles are rendered vertically in the ochre colour. Santini is rendered in orange while inside the collar, also in orange, is the initials TDU and KOM.
The second jersey is dark blue based with orange sleeves and back pocket. A ligt blue grid is rendered on the blue torso with the Santini name rendered on the chest in orange. The race name is rendered on the right sleeve in blue while the Santini name is rendered in blue on the left sleeve.
The bibshorts sport the ochre and blue on bands on the legends while the socks and gloves have the profiles of the climbs stretched and rendered in orange and blue.
