The Tour Down Under 2023 jerseys are once again provided by Italian company Santini. The jerseys once again represent categories for overall GC leader, King/Queen of the Mountains, Sprint points and best young rider. The jersey design are relatively simple and clean with the jersey base colours of Ochre for GC, white with green polka dots for best climber, blue for print points and white for young rider. The main jersey sponsors name and logo take prime spot on the chest and back of the jerseys, while the Adelaide South Australia logo and name dominate the bottom portion of the jerseys.
For the Tour Down Under 2023 edition a special event jersey is also produced but the stage jersey collection of jerseys has been discontinued for 2023. The event jersey follows the race's colour palette of orange, blue and white. The front of the jersey is orange with a repeating pattern while the back torso section of the jersey is blue with the race logo repeated and rendered in orange once on the back pocket. The race name and manufacturer names are rendered in white giving good contrast from the background colours to make them stand out.
A standard collection with minimal design that doesn't use the current trend of watermarked images or patterns that the Giro and Tour classification jerseys use to good effect.
