La Vuelta classification jerseys are once again provided by Italian company Santini. The main classification jerseys remain red, green, blue and white polka dot and white. The sponsors remain on the front, back, shoulders and sides of the jerseys. The Santini logo remains on the right chest of the jersey however the La Vuelta no longer has the year after it as previous incarnations did. The back pockets of the jerseys as in 2019 features some diagonal rectangular shapes acting almost like a watermark detail on the jerseys. Depending on the colour of the jersey the diagonal shapes are either light or dark coloured. The middle pocket features the race name with the race tagline below it.
Santini has once again produced commemorative stage jerseys for the La Vuelta 2020 edition. The stage jerseys this edition are the Angliru climb, Pamplona, Tourmalet. The Angliru jersey is red and black, Pamplona is white, black and red while the Tourmalet jersey is yellow and blue. The jerseys all feature multiple thin stripes across the front and back of the jerseys with one line emphasized with a different colour. A design detail made of the stage number, name and a custom logo. A design detail relevant to the stage is also featured on the right side of the jersey chest while the Santini name is on the left side of the chest panel.
The final special jersey produced is the kilometro cero jersey commemorating the monument in Madrid. This jersey, as in 2019 edition is a black based jersey. Like the other stage jerseys, the kilometro Cero jersey has multiple thin lines across the chest and back. The lines start red and fade in to yellow in the middle. This represents the Spanish sunset. The Kilometro Cero and Santini names are rendered in blue while on the back pocket the jersey name and a yellow and red deign detail is included.
