The 2013 Giro d'Italia classification winner jerseys were designed by Paul Smith. The design additions included adding coloured borders to the bottom and sleeves of the jerseys. Paul smith name was added to collar and rear of the jerseys. A stick figure drwaing was added to each jersey. The main sponsors were prominent on the front and rear of the jerseys. The jerseys were manufactured by Italian company Santini.
