For the 2022 edition of the Tour de France the jersey supplier changed from Le Coq Sportif to Santini. Santini will also produce the jerseys for the Tour de France Femmes 2022. For Santini's first collection the yellow jersey has dispensed with the watermark images that have been utilised to great effect in recent editions of the yellow jersey. A badge has been added to the jersey which states,"The jersey is the trophy" along with the jeune (yellow) symbols. All the jerseys have a small French flag tag at the back of the collar. The jerseys have the Tour de France logo on the right chest with the santini logo just below this. The Tour de France logo no longer has the year rendered below the logo. The jersey sponsors remains prominently on the left chest of the jerseys. For the femmes edition of the white jersey, sponsored by Liv, a purple/burgundy to white gradient fade adorns the bottom of the jersey.
As in previous years special edition jerseys have also been produced to mark the event. The Grand depart jersey is based on the Denmark flag with Copenhagen being the Grand Depart city for 2022. The jersey is red with white horizontal lines based on the Danish flag with a pattern on the red background. The back pocket is yellow with black writing. The stage jerseys are for stages 5, 9 and 18. The stage 5 jersey representing the Arenbourg cobbles is dark green with stage detail on the left chest in white text. The Agile stage jersey is a pattern of horizontal lines of red and white on the blue base. The stage 18 Lourdes to Hautacam jersey is purple and blue based with feathered spots of lighter blue and gradient feathered fades. A special Planche des Belle Filles representing stage 8 in the Femmes Tour de France has a purple striped pattern with the stage detail and a design on the rear of the jersey in lighter red.
